CardFrame is a small operation, so mail reaches a person rather than a ticket queue. Corrections are welcome and acted on.
Please include the game, the exact card name, the set and the print language; “the foil one” narrows it down less than you would hope.
A price looks wrong
Tell us the card, the set and the price you think it should be. Prices are estimates from marketplace data and are refreshed regularly, so a card that just spiked can lag. A number that is wildly off usually means a card is matched to the wrong printing, and that we can fix.
A card or set is missing
The catalogue is rebuilt from a full scrape rather than updated continuously, so a brand-new set can take a while to appear. Send the set name and we will tell you where it is in the queue.
The scanner misread a card
The most useful report is the card you were holding and what the app said instead. The app has a feedback option built in, which sends this along with the app version automatically.
Privacy, data or legal
Requests about personal data, takedowns and anything else legal go to the same address. See the privacy policy for what the site actually stores.
Fastest route for scanner problems
The app’s built-in feedback attaches the app version and the device, which is usually the difference between a fixable report and a guess.
