Every price shown is the market price reported by TCGplayer in US dollars, refreshed nightly. It is a record of what cards have been selling for on one marketplace at one point in time.
It is not an offer, a valuation, an appraisal, or financial advice, and nobody is obliged to buy or sell at it. Collectible prices move quickly and can move a long way.
